It has also a tool automatic device detection through the electronic measuring tracer. The electronic measuring tracer is equipped with automatic calibration software and it can measure automatically the complete geometry of the clamped tool in the indexing head. The software measures the radial and axial position of the tool, in addition to all the relevant data. The measuring system is equipped with automatic gauging, and it permits the complete or partial acquisition of the tool data.

The S20 Turbo is equipped with a DeltaTau control turbo-PMAC with MTS software for the production and regrinding of conventional and special tools. This software, created for mills and drills with modular construction for single geometrical works, is easy to set and program, in addition to a fast programs filling thanks to the default function and a simple interface to manage wheel and tools with 2d integrated simulation and integrated collision control.
